Five little card wrap books contained in box shaped to look like a sweetshop with opening door at front. All 5 books are present but one is missing its covers and one is missing its rear cover. Three have tape repairs to covers. Tinny's hat has been coloured in every book ans there is some foxing but contents of books are generally good. Sweetshop box is battered and worn with loss from top edge, doors still present. A bit grubby and foxed. Sold W.A.F.

Designed for the colour pictures to be cut out and the b/w pictures to be used for tracing and creating other dolly items. Blue cloth, large pictorial onlay to front cover. Some bumping and wear to spine and corners. A few small marks to covers and onlay. Gilt on spine dulled. Large white label stuck to front pastedown covering another label underneath. 1623 in ink to front endpaper. Some hinges cracked. A few grubby fingermarks to contents. Some contents (furniture pages) are missing, one is detached.

Two colour pop-ups, called Morning at the Farm and Breakfast-Time. B/w text illustrations. Spine bumped, worn and slightly discoloured. Heavy wear to corners. Rear cover slightly grubby with light stain and scratch. Ink inscription to front endpaper. Joints badly cracked, binding feels weak but contents are still firmly attached. Front endpaper is partially detached. Contents are edge browned with some foxing and a few marks. Both pop-ups work well but second one has some spots of surface paper damage to background and one cow's horn.

All pop-ups work well but last one has been neatly repaired with clear tape.

Endpapers and page edges browned. Staples rusty. One page, which has ragged edges, is detached. 4" tear to last page of text plus other smaller tears to page edges and margins. Light colouring to several illustrations. Some fingering to contents. Horse's tail slightly creased in second pop-up, and couple of small patches of surface paper damage in deer pop-up. Other pop-ups nice and bright.
