Front cover shows the Babes in the Wood riding on a leaf in the air harnessed to a pair of robins. Green/white floral endpapers. Spine has been rebacked with red cloth. Corners and cover edges are worn. There is some scuffing to the covers. Front free-endpaper is missing. Inscription in ink to top margin of title-page. From the pop-up scenes there are some flowers missing at the top of the fairy's oar (in the swan picture) and the giant is missing from behind Jack (in the Jack and the Giant picture) otherwise the pop-ups are complete, bright and in excellent working order. The text pages are well fingered and thus a little grubby. A decent copy of a scarce pop-up book.
